Trusting your Parenting Instincts

Bhalababy recently wrote about a challenge many of us parents face: do we really know enough to raise these beautiful children we’ve created?

Dr. Greene says parents frequently doubt their own abilities, second-guess themselves and worry, worry, worry. A few weeks ago, Dr. Greene put together his best advice for parents. The key is to trust that you’re doing the best you can, to be consistent and to forgive yourself for the mistakes. It also helps to know that you’re not alone in what you’re thinking – we all have moments of doubt.
