I just discovered Dr. Jeremy Warner’s site, "Basic Eating: A Foodie’s Manifesto."  I like his "Six Strengths of Basic Food ", which really lines up with the way Dr. Greene and I try to manage our diets. Dr. Warner made me long for the sweet peaches from this summer, though. Yum!
